Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EveryCorpus is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our products or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Team, Enterprise, & Educational Use Policy

Scope & Purpose

This policy applies to any organization—whether a corporation, institution, or educational entity (“You” or “Customer”)—seeking expanded or specialized usage rights for our corpus files, seed sets, or related digital resources offered by EveryCorpus (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”).

1. License & Usage

Extended Use Rights
- Organizations may require multiple-user licenses or rights to deploy our corpus files across several departments or campuses. We offer customized license tiers to accommodate these needs.
Scope of Deployments
- You agree to use the files strictly for internal testing, educational demonstrations, or research within your organization. Any sharing of these files outside of your entity (e.g., with business partners, subsidiaries, or third-party contractors) must be explicitly approved by EveryCorpus in writing.

2. Payment & Pricing

Customized Quotes
- We provide tiered pricing or volume-based discounts for bulk purchases. Contact us directly for a personalized quote.
Payment Terms
- Invoices for business, enterprise, or educational customers typically follow Net-30 or another mutually agreed-upon schedule, subject to credit approval.

3. Compliance & Confidentiality

Compliance with Internal Policies
- You are responsible for ensuring that any deployment of our resources complies with your internal policies, including but not limited to data protection and export controls.
Nondisclosure
- Unless otherwise specified, both parties agree to treat any shared proprietary information as confidential, including specialized usage terms or file contents.

4. Support & Maintenance

Priority Support
- Business or educational tier customers may receive priority support or a dedicated support channel, as stipulated in their custom agreement.
Updates & Maintenance
- We may provide regular updates or expansions of our corpus files to these customers, subject to the conditions outlined in the respective service agreement.

Return/Replacement Policy

Scope & Overview

This Return Policy applies to digital products (corpus files and related materials) purchased from EveryCorpus. Because our products are delivered digitally, no refunds will be issued for any reason unless the product received is substantially different from what was advertised (e.g., the listed corpus format was JPG, but you were provided with a PNG corpus).

Specific Conditions for Replacement

Wrong Product Format: If the product you receive is completely different than what was described in its listing (e.g., a JPG corpus set is described but a PNG corpus set is delivered), you may request a replacement.
Missing Files: If there are more than 100 missing files (e.g., the description states 1,000 files, but fewer than 900 files are included), you may request an updated link. This issue usually occurs due to an old or incorrect link being provided. Contact us to receive a replacement link with the complete set.

Eligibility & Process

Notification Period: Contact us at admin@everycorpus.com within 60 days of purchase to report any discrepancies.
Proof & Verification: We may request screenshots, file metadata, or other evidence to confirm the nature of the issue.
Resolution Options:
- Replacement: We will replace the product with the correct version at no additional cost.
- Return: Please contact us at admin@everycorpus.com. We will take a closer look at your issue.

Others

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer need or want the product.
Download Issues: Once the product is successfully delivered, user-related technical issues (e.g., lost files, hard drive failure) are not eligible for refunds.
