Return/Replacement Policy
Scope & Overview
This Return Policy applies to digital products (corpus files and related materials) purchased from EveryCorpus. Because our products are delivered digitally, no refunds will be issued for any reason unless the product received is substantially different from what was advertised (e.g., the listed corpus format was JPG, but you were provided with a PNG corpus).
Specific Conditions for Replacement

Wrong Product Format: If the product you receive is completely different than what was described in its listing (e.g., a JPG corpus set is described but a PNG corpus set is delivered), you may request a replacement.

Missing Files: If there are more than 100 missing files (e.g., the description states 1,000 files, but fewer than 900 files are included), you may request an updated link. This issue usually occurs due to an old or incorrect link being provided. Contact us to receive a replacement link with the complete set.
Eligibility & Process

Notification Period: Contact us at admin@everycorpus.com within 60 days of purchase to report any discrepancies.

Proof & Verification: We may request screenshots, file metadata, or other evidence to confirm the nature of the issue.
